TESORO ESCONDIDO RESERVE

We are delighted to announce that we are currently protecting 700 hectares of Chocoan Rainforest at Tesoro Escondido that hosts one of the last healthy populations of the brown-headed spider monkey (A. f. fusciceps) in the midst of anthropogenic pressures such as logging, agricultural expansion and hunting.

We are establishing a research station at the site that offers placements for volunteers and researchers

You can see more detail about the reserve and volunteer and research opportunities at www.tesororeserve.org
